We want you to be happy with Atrium. If it's not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back.

1. Free Tier
The Atrium free tier costs nothing and requires no payment information. You can use it for as long as you want. There's nothing to refund because there's nothing to pay.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
When you first upgrade to a paid plan, you have 14 days from the date of your first payment to request a full refund. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

- We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier
- Your data will not be deleted — everything stays, just with free tier limits
This guarantee applies to your first payment only. It's designed to give you enough time to explore Pro features and decide if it's worth it.
3. After the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day guarantee period:
- Monthly plans: No refund for the current month. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Annual plans: We may offer a prorated refund for unused months on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.
In all cases, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation. Your account then automatically downgrades to the free tier.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time — no hoops to jump through:
- Go to Settings in Atrium
- Click Manage Subscription
- This opens your Stripe billing portal where you can cancel
After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No immediate lockout, no pressure. When the period ends, your account downgrades to free.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee window:
- Email us at support@enteratrium.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Atrium account
- We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used to subscribe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged the wrong amount — contact us immediately at support@enteratrium.com. We will investigate and correct any billing errors as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days. Billing errors are always refunded regardless of the 14-day window.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We'd much rather work things out with you directly than go through a chargeback process. If you're unhappy with a charge, please reach out to us first at support@enteratrium.com. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while we investigate.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If we make the policy less favorable, the version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
